I’m still kicking myself for not getting one of those S’mores cupcakes!!! 
But my husband said he wanted something light and since he had enjoyed my Colony Salad from lunch so much, I decided to get him a similar salad which was listed on the menu at Roaring Fork.
Wilderness Salad with Chicken, Walnuts, Apples, Cheddar Cheese, and Croutons
His Rating – 3/5
He said this was good but not nearly as good as the one at Liberty Tree Tavern. Of course, his opinion may have been negatively affected by the fact that Illinois got beat by Miami that night (63 – 59) and their season came to an end. My husband claims that the victory was stolen from Illinois by a bad call from the refs near the end of the game. So I’m thinking that perhaps his dinner that night may have tasted a bit like sour grapes???
