Let’s begin here with an action photo of some chocolates in the making…
They were making Egyptian Sea Salt Chocolates (Dark Chocolate topped with salt from the Red Sea)…
Now for some photos from their display case…
Starting from the bottom left, there were Mint Chocolates (Dark Chocolate with Peppermint and Spearmint)…
To their right is The Ganachery’s signature dark chocolate blend (with 65% cacao) chocolates…
Next is their Classic Milk Chocolate…
Next is their Raspberry Chocolates (Dark Chocolates filled with Raspberry Ganache)…
Then their Gianduja Chocolates (Milk Chocolates filled with Italian Hazelnut Ganache)…
Next in the case were the Egyptian Sea Salt Chocolates which I’d already photographed so skipping those and moving on to a seasonal offering. These were Pumpkin Spice Latte (Pumpkin, Spices, and Italian Espresso)…
Then last on the bottom shelf were these pretty Orange Chocolates (Dark Chocolates filled with Fresh Florida Oranges Ganache)…
Now back to the far left of the top shelf with Pistachio Chocolates (Dark Chocolates with Sicilian Pistachios)…
Next were Peanut Butter Chocolates (Milk Chocolates filled with roasted Peanut Butter Ganache)…
Then Vanilla Chocolates (Dark Chocolates filled with Madagascar Vanilla Beans Ganache)…
Followed by Passion Fruit Chocolates (Milk Chocolates filled with South American Passion Fruit Ganache)…
Next up Coconut Chocolates (Dark Chocolates filled with Tropical Coconut Flake Ganache)…
Then another seasonal offering, Maple Pecan Chocolates (Milk Chocolates with Flavors of Pecan Pie)…
Then last on the bottom shelf were these Chipotle Pepper Chocolates (Dark Chocolates with a hint of Mexican Red Pepper)…
And last but not least, my favorite Caramel Fleur de Sel Chocolates (Milk Chocolates filled with rich, creamy Caramel Ganache and topped with Sea Salt)…
And as if that were not enough options, they also had various others on display such as a variety of Chocolate Pops. There were filled with Salted Caramel Ganache…
Cute Minnie-themed Chocolate Pops…
And I was told that these “Day of the Dead” (Coco movie-themed) Chocolate Pops were quite popular…
Then there were Milk Chocolate covered Marshmallows…
Burlap bags of Toffee Crunch Chocolates (with pecans)…
I’m sure I missed some things here but this should give you a good idea of the chocolate yumminess that can be found at The Ganachery.
So what did I choose? Well, here’s a hint…
I purchased two boxes of 6 chocolates (one each for my daughter and my husband). Unfortunately my husband ate some of his before I remembered to take a photo, but here is my daughter’s box…
She likes only milk chocolate so I chose for her a mix of Sea Salt Caramels, Peanut Butter, and Gianduja chocolates. My husband’s box was a mix of dark and milk chocolates. Both of them were quite happy with my choices.
Also of note here, the chocolates were placed in a pretty fall-themed gift box (included in the $15 price) and they also gave me a free mini cold pack to help keep my chocolates from melting before I got them home that evening.
