I took lots of photos during my first ever visit to The Ganachery Chocolate Shoppe, starting with one of the chocolates in the making…
Next a few of the miscellaneous offerings at The Ganachery, like Mickey Chocolate Pops (filled with strawberry ganache)…
And Minnie Chocolate Pops…
Star Wars themed Chocolate…
A Holiday offering, Chocolate-covered Stollen…
And then the main draw here, the chocolate ganache squares…
These are sold individually or in boxes of 6, 9, 12, or 16…
Here is the list of flavors available when we visited in December 2016…
Each of the 16 flavors fall into one of four flavor categories: Spices, Classic, Trendy, and Fruity/Floral.
Some of these flavors were Coconut (dark Chocolate with flakes of coconut)…
My favorite, the Caramel Fleur de Sel (milk chocolate with rich, creamy caramel and sea salt)…
Cinnamon (milk chocolate with Sri Lankan cinnamon)…
Coffee (milk chocolate with Italian Espresso roast coffee)…
Dark 65% (Grand Cru medium roasted, custom blend)…
Egyptian Sea Salt (Dark chocolate with salt from the Red Sea)…
Gianduja (Milk chocolate with Italian hazelnut)…
Classic Milk Chocolate…
Peanut Butter (bold milk chocolate filled with roasted peanut butter)…
Mint (Dark Chocolate filled with Peppermint and Spearmint)…
Orange (Dark Chocolate filled with fresh Florida oranges)…
Pistachio (Dark chocolate filled with Sicilian pistachios)…
Raspberry (Dark Chocolate filled with velvety raspberries)…
I think this might be the Pear Ginger…
In the middle is their Vanilla Madagascar…
I purchased a box of 6 (choosing a mix of dark and milk chocolates) to take home to my husband, along with a Caramel Fleur de Sel for me and a Raspberry for my son and daughter to enjoy on our plane ride home that evening. All of these were very good and I plan to visit The Ganachery again during my upcoming trip.
