Epcot Flower & Garden Festival Booths – March 2025

Coming from our room at the Beach Club Villas, we entered Epcot through the International Gateway entrance. Therefore the logical first stop was at France’s festival booth…

We tried two things from this booth.

First was the…

Croissant au Fromage de Chevre, Herbes et Ail Rotie: Croissant with Goat Cheese, Herbs, and Roasted Garlic – $7.25

This was a pretty good start. I liked this a little more than Don. I gave it a rating of 4 and Don rated it a 3, probably because he’s not a big fan of garlic. So the Goat Cheese Croissant received an average rating of 3.5 from us.

We followed up the savory croissant with something sweet…

Beignet Caramelise, Fourre Creme Vanille, Glace au Caramel Fleur de Sel: Carmelized Beignet filled with Vanilla Cream and glazed with Caramel Fleur de Sel – $6.95

This was more like a cream filled donut than the beignets that I’m familiar with (like Cafe du Monde’s beignets in New Orleans or even the Disney ones served at Scat Cat’s at Port Orleans – French Quarter). It was tasty though and I rated it a 3.5, while Don gave it a 3. So the Beignet received an average rating of 3.25.

We then made our way to CommuniCore Hall in the front of the park to try a few things from the Farmers Feast booth…

At this time (between March 5 – April 5) they were serving from their Early Bloom Menu.

I apologize for the next two photos. The lighting inside the hall was pretty funky and made it difficult to get appetizing photos of our food.

Anyway, from this booth we also got two things, one savory and one sweet. For our savory item we tried the…

Scallops with Spring Pea Risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice, Lemon-Buerre Blanc, and Gremolata – $8.00

I really liked this a lot, especially the risotto. I only wish there had been more than two scallops. I gave this dish a rating of 4.5, but Don gave it only a 3. So the Scallops & Risotto received an average rating of 3.75 from us.

For our sweet item here we tried the…

Blueberry Crumble Cake with Blueberry-Lemon Zest Soft-Serve Ice Cream and Blueberry Compote – $4.75

This melted incredibly fast, even though we were inside an air-conditioned building. This was a bit too lemony for me. While I was okay with the slight lemon flavor of the sauce in the scallop dish, this surpassed my lemon flavor limit. Don wished that the cake had been served warm but he really enjoyed the blueberry-lemon ice cream and blueberry compote. We both rated the Blueberry Crumble Cake a 3.

Next we headed to the Brunchcot booth in World Discovery…

We broke our trend of getting two items per booth and splurged here to get three, two savory and one sweet…

First up was the…

Avocado Toast with Marinated Tomatoes and Plant-based Cheese Crumbles on Toasted Ciabatta – $6.25

This was very pretty and photogenic but we agreed the overall taste was just average. We both rated the Avocado Toast a 3.

The other savory dish we tried here was the…

Shrimp and Grits: Blackened Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese Grits with Brown Gravy and Sweet Corn Salsa – $7.75

This was over-seasoned with pepper…way too much pepper. This dish was very disappointing and we both gave the Shrimp & Grits only a 2.5

Our sweet choice from this booth was the…

Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Bacon – $5.25

I liked these, especially the addition of the candied bacon crumbles. I gave them a rating of 3.5 but Don thought they were a little too sweet and gave them a 3. So our average rating for the Cinnamon Roll Bites was 3.25.

We next headed inside the Odyssey building to try a couple of things from…

We started here with the…

Orange-Sesame Tempura Shrimp with Orange-Chile Sauce – $7.50

I really enjoyed both the shrimp and the sauce and gave this a rating of 4.5. Don was a bit more critical and thought they were just average, giving this dish only a 3. So our average rating for the Tempura Shrimp was a 3.75.

We were agreement though on the other dish we tried here…

Lumpia with Plant-based Pork, Green Papaya Salad, and Yuzu Sweet-and-Sour – $6.00

Unfortunately this was served with a different sauce than the one served with the shrimp. We did not like it and the lumpia were kind of dry without it. We both gave the Lumpia a rating of only 2, our lowest rating of the day.

Later in the afternoon I stopped by Joffrey’s located by the American Adventure to get their special Festival latte…

Red Berries ‘n’ Cream Latte: A velvety blend of Espresso, Milk, Raspberry Syrup, and White Chocolate Sauce topped with Vanilla Cold Foam – $6.49

I took this into the American Gardens Theater to watch a concert and I really enjoyed it. I thought the Red Berries ‘n’ Cream Latte was quite tasty and gave it a rating of 4.

I wish I would have gotten to try the Iced Strawberry Island Latte at the Joffrey’s location in Canada but sadly I never got around to it.

After our dinner at Mexico’s San Angel Inn (where I purposely didn’t order dessert), I stopped at the Mexico booth, Jardin de Fiestas, for one last Flower & Garden treat…

Chocoflan: Layered traditional Mexican Flan and Chocolate Cake with Toasted Walnuts – $6.50

I 100% did not regret passing on dessert at San Angel Inn and instead getting this from the booth. It was delicious! I gave the Chocoflan my highest rating of 5. Don was too full from dinner, plus he’s generally not a fan of cake so he didn’t even try this. Oh well, more for me!

And that concluded our day at Epcot and our Flower & Garden booth tastings.
