STK Steakhouse – Orlando Happy Hour (March 2025)

STK’s Orlando location currently offers a special Happy Hour menu with $3, $6, or $9 prices on select food and alcoholic beverages. As of this writing, this is offered on weekdays (Monday – Friday) from 2:30 – 6:30 and weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 2:30 – 5:30. Per their website, this is available only in their bar, lounge, and patio, however when we asked at the restaurant we were told we could sit at a table in their regular dining room area. This was probably because when we arrived at 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon there was plenty of seating available in their dining room…

Here is a photo of their Happy Hour offerings…

And here are their Signature Cocktails (normally priced at $23) that are available during Happy Hour for only $9…

My cocktail choice was the…

Strawberry Cobbler with Belvedere Pure Vodka, Muddled Strawberry, and a Graham Cracker Crust Rim

This was a sweet, fruity cocktail along the same lines as the Zooberry one I’d had the night before at the bluezoo lounge. However I liked this one better because it wasn’t quite as sweet as the Zooberry. I therefore gave the Strawberry Cobbler cocktail a slightly better rating of 4 1/2.

Don wasn’t as impressed with his choice…

Black Tie Affair with Knob Creek Rye Whiskey, Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, and Creme de Cacao Tobacco Bitters

He said this was drinkable but it was not something that he would every get again. Consequently, Don only gave his drink an okay rating of 3.

We also ordered two $6 food items and a $9 one from their Happy Hour menu. Unfortunately the most expensive choice was the worst of the three…

Crispy Calamari with Shishito Peppers, served with Roasted Garlic & Lime Aioli

This was probably the worst calamari I’ve ever had, at least in recent memory. It was overcooked and extremely chewy. I did like the aioli though. We gave the Calamari a rating of 2, however I think that may have been a little generous.

A slightly better choice was the…

Lil’ BRG & Truffle Fries – Mini Wagyu Beef Burger topped with special sauce on a Sesame Seed Bun, served with Parmesan Truffle Fries

In my opinion, the burger was not good. The beef was greasy and the bun was dry. I gave the burger a rating of only 2, but Don rated it slightly better giving it a 3. As for the truffle fries though, I really liked them and gave them a rating of 4. Don however didn’t like the taste of the truffle oil so he gave these a 1, the lowest rating possible. Ouch!

We agreed though that our best choice was the…

Wagyu Meatballs

The wagyu meatballs were tender and juicy, but not greasy like the wagyu burger. And the sauce was delicious! Add some spaghetti and this would have made for a delicious meal, lol. Don gave these a rating of 4 but I rated them 4 1/2 because of the sauce.

So overall, our Happy Hour experience at STK was a mix of good and bad. While there are a few more things on the STK Happy Hour menu that I’d like to try, it’s unlikely that I’ll get back there anytime soon. There are just so many other restaurants at Disney Springs to visit first.
